Hello. Good evening. I am quite content at the moment. I am lying down in bed, stuffed from eating too many LARA bars and watching Bridget Jones Diary with a nice cold cup of water and a vase of lovely yellow roses sitting across from me. I like this movie. It is so comforting. But it makes me wonder, what will my love life be like? Hm. Hehe. I'm also checking out the website that sells emerald jewelry at discount prices. I'm also looking at jewelry on fantasyjewelrybox.com. Ah I wish I was rich so I could buy all the jewelry, clothes, shoes, and makeup I want :) Oh. And gourmet chocolate. Do NOT forget the gourmet chocolate. Have I told you that I make THE best cheesecake? Apple cheesecake to be exact. What I do is make a regular cheesecake from scratch, then I boil 2 granny smith apples until they are mushy like applesauce (still hot) and stir it into the mixture. Then I add a teeny bit of cinnamon. It is utterly delightful. I will have to post a youtube tutorial on how to make it some time. It is literally THE best dessert I have ever had.
