I have a huge test tomorrow and I can't say that I am prepared. I should get some sleep, but first I would like to tell you all (if anybody even reads this blog) that I am ready for a new acne regime. I am so tired of dealing with moderate-severe acne. It is the worst (save for severe-severe acne)! I had it all through middle school and for two years so far in high school. I was looking at some product reviews online and was thinking of using the ZapZyt Acne Pack. I will keep a regularly updated review of it on here once I buy it. I also got thinking....What if I misted my face with Naturally Fresh Deodorant Crystal Lavender Spray Mist Body Deodorant? I read the ingredients and it says it contains Aqua (Purified water), Natural Mineral Salts (Potassium Alum), and Fragrance (Parfum, which I believe in this case is just organic lavender essence). The word "Natural Mineral Salts" is what really got my attention. Doesn't ocean water contain natural mineral salts? So why shouldn't I consider it? I sprayed some on a small cystic pimple on my shoulder to test it out. I will work on a regime within the next few days.
My current Regime:
Morning:
-Wash with Neutrogena Salicylic Acid Cream Wash
-Tretinoin Topical Retinoid cream .25%

Evening:
-Wash with Neutrogena Salicylic Acid Cream Wash

I must admit that I have strayed somewhat from my initial workout plan. But listen up- I found an AMAZING workout series. You ready to hear it? It's called 8 minute abs. I do the whole series (abs, arms, legs, buns). I have been doing this for about a week and so far the results have been amazing! I love it! My stomach is so much smaller and tighter, my legs are firm and sleek, my butt-cellulite is disappearing (I sound so attractive with all these posts, don't I? Mmm-Mmm lol), and my arms look better than ever (though I must admit that my arms have always been fabulous :)
