101.6?!!

Hello there,
So today I have been doing homework like crazy and I feel rather accomplished, even though I still have much more to do.
My skin is...ehhhh haha.
Tomorrow I am going to the beach to collect jars of sea water to use when I wash my face. Ah seawater...a week at the beach will get rid of head lice, a bad fake tan, and acne. Just thought you all would like to know.

This post, however, is mainly about my weight.
I am 5' 5.5'' and as of this afternoon...101.6 lbs. This just goes to say, don't judge your health by your weight! I do...sigh...have a belly pooch..paunch...a big ol' belly, and couldn't run 4 miles to save my life. I am sick of "exercise experts" saying that you must be within a certain weight range to be healthy. This is simply not true. Everyone has their own ideal weight. The "underweight" people may need extra exercise to build muscle, and the "healthy" range people may need to cut down on the damn dairy. Hell, weight should be the least important factor! How about endurance, flatness of abs, and diet?

I MUST get in shape. I WILL get in shape. I NEED to get in shape.

What? I so AM going to look like her-at least her stomach and legs :)

The Plan

  • No salt
  • No bread
  • No pasta
  • No pizza
  • No chocolate
  • No peanut butter (not necessarily bad for you, but it is my weakness)
  • Nothing that is placed in front of me by an Italian/ suspected Italian relative
  • Not even if they threaten to shoot me, no mangiare

  • 20 minutes of intense "sweatpouring, gutbusting, bowelbursting" cardio
  • 1 hour of other exercise, like yoga :) + weight intervals
  • 100 jumping jacks before every meal
  • Walk the poor dog every day

  • Drink 9 glasses of water a day
  • Take Fish oil and Flintstones vitamin every day :)
  • Eat 5 small (palm sized...just one palm) meals a day, vegetarian of course
  • Before each meal, eat 2 raw vegetables and drink a glass of water...a tall cool one*

This is going to be a breeze. Follow along with me if you like, and on June 1st, we can all post our pics/results on here :)
